During my recent stay at the Rosemont in Yelverton, I was delighted by the warm hospitality and charming ambiance of this classic Victorian property, perfectly situated at the edge of Dartmoor National Park. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, featuring a silent-running fridge and tea/coffee facilities-ideal for those early mornings and late-night unwinding after a day exploring the wild beauty surrounding me. Nick, the owner, was particularly welcoming and his recommendations for local dining, especially the Rock Inn across the road, were spot on and enhanced our experience. The peaceful environment of the hotel allowed my companions and me to truly relax after full days spent trekking the rugged tors and enjoying the delightful local cuisine. the breakfast selection was just what I needed to fuel my adventures, with fresh fruit and cereal alongside the option for a hearty cooked meal. With plenty of local amenities nearby and the stunning Dartmoor landscape right at my doorstep, I would definitely return to the Rosemont-the perfect haven for fellow travelers and beer enthusiasts looking to explore the best of this captivating region.
